He indicated that in order to pull a permit <br />for any encroachment onto their street, an W license contractor is <br />Required- Especially for any sewer or water tie-ins. <br />As you are aware, this type of work is required for the above project <br />and Tek -up, the apparent low bidder has not listed an "A" General <br />Engineering contractor to complete this work. <br />In addition, the Street striping Is a very specialized trade requiring <br />many safety and proper traffic striping for the public benefit- The <br />Apparent low bidder, Tek -up Construction DID NOT list a subcontractor <br />to complete this work. <br />
