Alternate bid amounts are NET and include all related costs, both direct and indirect_ District <br />reserves the right to select or not select the Alternate shown. <br />NOTE: LOWEST BASE BID WILL BE DETERMINED TO BE THE LOWEST <br />RESPONSIBLE BID <br />Deduct Alternate 1: PARKING AREA AND DRIVE: Deduct specific work shown in plans and <br />specifications associated with the construction of the parking lot, including specific grading related to <br />forming the parking area and drive, paving, landscaping on the south side of the parking area and drive, curb <br />and gutter improvements, and street striping. Do not deduct drainage improvements, adjacent walks and <br />adjacent landscaping to the north of the parking area and drive.
