Portions of samples remaining after the completion of laboratory testing will be stored in the laboratory for 45 days. After 45 days, samples are commonly discarded unless we believe they may have further use or we are notified otherwise. Geotechnical Analyses and Report Preparation Data obtained from the explorations and laboratory testing will be evaluated. Engineering analysis will be performed to develop preliminary geotechnical design recommendations for the proposed project. This report will be signed and stamped by a California Registered Geotechnical Engineer (GE) and California Certified Engineering Geologist (CEG). We anticipate close participation and review with the 2nd Party Consultant during the analysis and report preparation portion of work. It is anticipated that meetings, back -and -forth reviews and several discussions will take place between LGC and the 2nd Party Consultant to come to agreement concerning geometry and interpretation of geologic conditions. We also anticipate numerous discussions and reviews to determine the methods of analysis for determining soil strengths, performing the slope stability review, liquefaction susceptibility, lateral spread considerations and other relevant studies. We anticipate that mitigation options will be developed for discussion with the District and Project Team prior to determination of the final recommendations for site design and construction. We also anticipate preparing documentation recording the various interactions between LGC and- the 2nd Party Consultant. The geotechnical report will be formatted such that it can be assessed by the various reviewing agencies. The report will be useful as a bidding document for grading of the site as it will contain all site recommendations for grading including monitoring 'during construction and excavation control, data relevant for construction of foundation elements, wall design information, and general to specific Construction techniques in order to keep the site safe from potential unwanted and dangerous earth movements and other long term negative effects. The geotechnical exploration report will include the following: ► Field procedures used in the investigation including reconnaissance mapping and boring location determination and field methodology. ► A discussion of earth materials encountered in the explorations and measured engineering properties.
