It is assumed that there exists sufficient cover between the existing finished surface of the driveway and the top of the CMPs to allow (continued) for the utility crossings. Water and dry utilities will be shown in plan view only and will be shown to connection points at public right-of- way. Utility providers are to provide connection points at right-of- way based on plans to be prepared by individual utility providers. site location ADDmoNAL CRPD SERvicE YARD AssuwTioNs —All plans prepared per above Scope will be processed for approval withthe CRPD and the City of Thousand Oaks, if necessary, and will be suitable for construction bidding purposes. Excluded from the above Scope of Services for the CRPD service yard is any CEQA, entitlement processing and approval processing. It is assumed that proposed improvements will be reviewed and approved at staff level only with minimal review by the City of Thousand Oaks. All environmental approval processing, with the exception of the oak tree report described above, is excluded from this proposal. Any upgrades or retrofitting of the existing bridge structure is also excluded from this proposal. Off-site utility plans, if required, will be provided by utility service providers and is not a part of this proposal. PROJECT FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES RESEARCH — Psomas has provided an allowance of forty (40) hours to assist CRPD with research to obtain available State or Federal grant funds that may be applicable to this project. Possible funding sources may be water conservation grants or similar funding sources. CDNsmuc oN SuppoRT SERVICES -- Psomas will provide an allowance of one hundred and sixty (160) hours to provide support of the Psomas construction documents. Included may be responses to requests for information, construction site meetings and distribution of information and documents. This budget is an allowance only and services required beyond this allowance will require additional budget. Project Assumptions District to provide digital Master Site Plan to be used as a basis for all project design. Proposed finished floor grades will also be provided. Fire hydrant and fire department connection requirements and locations are to be determined by the fire department in conjunction with the Architect. On-site water design will be based on these established locations. Specifications will be provided on all construction documents as required for City of Thousand Oaks approval.
