If any <br />retaining wall design budget is required, the budget may be established <br />once the extent of retaining walls required for the site is determined <br />► Public improvement plans are limited street plans, signage and striping <br />plans and sewer plans as described in the scope of services. Any <br />additional public improvement plans are not included in this proposal <br />► Design of sewer lift stations is excluded from this proposal. If it is <br />determined that a sewer lift station is required, additional budget may <br />be necessary <br />> Budget for revisions to the civil engineering design development plans <br />and construction documents based on changes made by the District <br />after,.input is received from public presentations is excluded. <br />► All construction survey work is specifically excluded from this <br />proposal <br />► No budget has been included for off-site hydrology or hydraulic <br />analysis. It is assumed that any existing public'stoim drain systems <br />will have adequate capacity to handle storm water flows from <br />proposed project <br />► Per the City of Thousand Oaks, no sewer area study is required and is <br />therefore specifically excluded from this proposal <br />► Water system flow testing if required will be done by others and is not <br />a part of this proposal <br />► Title reports and other title services are to be provided by others <br />P S O M A S Scope of Services — 28 <br />
