(continued) BovrmARY CALcuL no N — Psomas will calculate the boundary for the adjoining Callegues Municipal Water District property which adjoins the CPRD Service Yard. As a result of the detailed field topographic survey of that yard, the adjoining improvements of the Callegues Municipal Water District's will be plotted in relation to that adjoining boundary. Should a major discrepancy between those two locations (the improvements vs. the plotted boundary line), the Client will be consulted as to the significance of this issue and our suggcstcd resolution. PSOMAS OAK T tm REP= — Lee Newman Design Group will provide an Oak Tree Report for approximately twenty (20) trees that meets the City of Thousand Oaks tree ordinance. This report will be processed for approval by the City of Thousand Oaks. Srm PLAIN — based on preliminary site plan provided by the District, Psomas will provide a site plan indicating horizontal alignment of proposed prefabricated service building, driveway, parking lot and drainage structures. Existing structures at the limits of work including fences, structures and monuments will be indicated including setbacks to proposed structures. FmE GRADnNo Arra DRAnNAGE PLAN — Psomas will prepare a fine grading and drainage plan that will indicate spot elevations, finished surface grades, flow line grades, drainage device locations and sizes, and water quality measures or devices. Also indicated will be location of proposed onsite sewer and water lines up to property line. Utility tie-in locations at property line will be provided by utility agencies and is not a part of this proposal. Included is one (1) meeting with the District and one (1) meeting with the City of Thousand Oaks for review of the design. UTa.rrY PL ASN — Psomas will prepare a utility plan that will include horizontal plan alignments for the sewer, water and dry utilities required to service the Oakbrook Service Yard. Included will be a profile of the proposed sewer and design of a sewer lift station at the existing crossing of Lang Creek. Off-site sewer and connection will be provided by separate plan included in Lang Ranch Community Park design budget. It is assumed the sewer will be gravity flow from the proposed structure to the existing double-barrelled 8V CMPs at Lang Creek. A sewer list station will be designed for installation in the vicinity of the bridge and a steel force main will extend from the lift station to a connection point with the proposed Scope of Services — 26
