f, LANG RANCH. COMMUNITY PAWL <br />f 4 y DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND <br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Scope of Services <br />improvements. The plans will be processed for approval with the City of <br />Thousand Oaks. <br />(continued) <br />Westlake Boulevard and Rainfield Avenue <br />OFF-srm SEWER PLANs — Psomas will prepare two public sewer plans to <br />provide a connection from the private on-site sewer system serving the <br />restrooms at the public right of way to the existing sewer lines in Westlake <br />Boulevard and Erbes Road. One plan is required to provide the public <br />sewer connection from the Area H Restroom to the public sewer line <br />and one plan is required to provide the public sewer connection from the <br />remaining restrooms to the existing sewer in Westlake Boulevard. Per the <br />City of Thousand Oaks, no sewer area study will be required for approval <br />of these sewer plans. <br />EROSION CONTROL PLAN: Rouox GRADE -- Psomas will prepare an erosion <br />and sediment control plan for the project site at the rough grade stage <br />addressing Best Management Practices to be implemented during the <br />constriction activities to control sediment or prevent erosion within <br />disturbed areas of the construction site. The rough grading plan will <br />be used as a base for this erosion control plan. It is anticipated that this <br />plan will be used for one rainy season during the rough grading stage of <br />construction. <br />EROSION CONTROL PLAN: Fzm GRADE — Psomas will prepare an erosion <br />and sediment control plan for the project site at the fine grading stage <br />addressing Best Management Practices to be implemented during fine <br />grading construction activities to control sediment and prevent erosion <br />within disturbed areas of the construction site. The fine grading and <br />drainage plan will be used as a base for this erosion control plan. It is <br />anticipated that this plan will be used for one rainy season during the fine <br />grading stage of construction. <br />STORM WATER PoLLUnoN PREvEi moN PLAN — PsomaS will prepare and <br />submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) and Vicinity Map to the SWRCB. <br />Psomas will prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />in conformance with the State Water Resources Control Board. This <br />report will be provided to the Client for use by the on-site superintendent <br />to implement and monitor all BMPs and other requirements. The <br />maintenance of this report, field inspections, observations, reporting and <br />any associated renewal fees are not a part of this scope. <br />STORM WATER QUALITY URBAN IMPACT MMOATION PLAN — Psomas will <br />prepare one Standard Urban Storm Water Management Plan (SQURvIP) <br />for this phase of the project in conformance with the applicable agencies <br />requirements.
