LANG RANCH COMMUNITY PARK DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Scope ©f Services P S 0 M A S patterns and locations of proposed storm drain structures and pipes. Included will be inlet and outflow locations and approximate sizing of structures and pipes. This plan will incorporate the preliminary landscape (continued) plan, building plan and preliminary sports fields/courts plan. site location This plan will also show preliminary locations of proposed sewer and water lines and their connection points in plan view only. Proposed on-site fire hydrant locations will also be shown based on direction received by the Ventura County Fire Protection District. It is assumed that the VCFPD will not require flow testing or a water capacity analysis to verify that adequate pressure and fire flows exist to service the site. PREL mmv ARY UTILITY PLAN -- Psomas will provide a preliminary utility plan that will indicate horizontal locations of storm drain, sewer and water systems. Plan will be used to avoid any conflicts between proposed utilities and will provide connection points at the project boundary. Gas line will also be indicated if required for proposed project. DESIGN DEvELOPIvmENT PROJECT PRESENTAnoNS — Based on the plans prepared above and by those prepared by the Project Team at the design development stage of the project, presentations of the conceptual project will be made by the project team. Included will be one (1) presentation each to the Conejo Recreation and Parks District, the Thousand Oaks Planning Commission, The Thousand Oaks City Council and the Citizen's Design Review Panel. Also included will be two (2) additional meetings with the Citizen's Design Review Panel, one (1) at project kick-off and one (1) during the Design Development process. Psomas will attend one (1) community meeting with the Design Team prior to Design Development approval. Input received from these presentations will be incorporated in final construction document design. Also included will be up to three (3) meetings with the Conejo Recreation and Parks District to review the project status and to resolve issues that may arise during the design development phase of the project. PROSECT MANAGEMENT AND CooRDwmioN — Psomas will provide project management services during the design development phase of the project that will ensure that an open line of communication is maintained between the Conejo Recreation and Parks -District, Psomas and the Project Team. Psomas will distribute all required information between the Project Team and the District and will provide coordination with other agencies and consultants during this phase of the project. Included will be distribution of plans and documents when necessary and scheduling of public presentations and meetings. P S O M A S Scope of Services — 21
