This plan will include all graded areas within the limits of the site and will provide approximate pad grades, spot elevations, grades at driveways and parking lots and proposed contours. Our intent is to provide a rough grading plan with grades that match the approved master plan and provide balanced earthwork if the geotechnical recommendations will allow. Included will be preliminary earthwork quantities to verify that a balanced site is achievable and a cut/fill exhibit map depicting locations of cut and fill areas and their depths. PRELima,,,ARY Srm PLAN - Psomas will prepare a preliminary 50 -scale site plan that will provide a plan view and horizontal location of proposed civil, landscape, sports fields/courts and architectural improvements. Plan will provide a base file that will incorporate site plans of these disciplines and will be used to resolve any conflicts or site constraint issues.
