M <br />i <br />site location <br />Scope of Services <br />1 Psomas will be given unencumbered access to the project site/files/etc. <br />1 GIS data and including shape files developed as part of the Project will <br />be made available to Psomas. <br />Psomas has included the cost of performing one breeding bird survey. <br />Should activities begin after the accepted breeding season, as stated in <br />the Streambed Alteration Agreement, the breeding bird survey will not <br />take place, and that budget item will not be utilized. <br />Advanced RV, or its engineer, will provide base -maps in a suitable <br />CAD or ESRI format requiring. little to no CAD updating/clean-up <br />or modification to fit orthorectified aerial photography on the part of <br />Psomas. Psomas can provide these data conversions or CAD services <br />at an additional cost. <br />0 Advanced RV will provide base data layers for all infrastructure, <br />topography, etc. as appropriate. <br />Changes to the Base map or project engineering that necessitates a <br />change to the work products described above will result in additional <br />charges. <br />This cost assumes that the City, CDFG and USACOE do not impose <br />any additional requirements than what was previously included in the <br />certified EIR and agreed to with respect to this project at the time of <br />writing this proposal. <br />A total of two copies of draft reports will be submitted for Client <br />review. <br />t A total of three copies of final reports will be submitted. <br />/ Other services not explicitly described above are excluded from this <br />proposal and cost estimate. <br />Survey Services <br />AER,zazr TOPOGRAPHIC SuRvEY - Consultant agrees to prepare a 1" = 40' <br />scale topographic survey with 1 foot contours and spot elevations by aerial <br />mapping methods. A grade break and points file will be delivered for the <br />development of the DTM for the project. Quality Control measures will be <br />undertaken during the compiling of the topography, coupled with a series <br />of spot shot elevations taken in the field to ground truth the survey. The <br />deliverables will be an AutoCAD drawing and associated files. <br />DETAILED FrFr.n TopomApmc SuRvEY - Detailed field based topographic <br />surveys will be performed for the right hand turn lane at Erbes Road <br />and Avenue de Los Arboles, the intersection of Westlake Boulevard and <br />Rainfield Avenue, and the two proposed bridge crossings over the creek. <br />PSOMAS Scope of Services - 19 <br />
