LANG RANCH COMMUNITY PARK
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT ANDr
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS k3
P S O M Q S Quality Certification to the RWQCB. The application will include a
project description, an impact analysis, a discussion of avoidance and
minimization of impacts using best management practices (BMPS),
(continued) jurisdictional delineation information, a discussion of potential impacts
to water quality, all associated figures (vicinity maps, project site map,
construction/grading cross-sections, etc.) and copies of the wetlands
applications submitted to the CDFG and ACOE. Psomas will coordinate
with the RWQCB staff following the submission of the application. This
task will include one meeting with RWQCB staff.
RESToRAnoN Jw E*ENTAnoN, MON=R1NG AND REPomwrx -Psomas will
prepare a 10 -year monitoring and maintenance plan, and long-term
management plan for Braunton's milk -vetch.
Plantings: Once the restoration plan is accepted and approved by
the Resource Agencies and the USFWS, Psomas will assist with the
implementation of the restoration/enhancement plan. Psomas assumes that
Lang Ranch Community Park or the landscape architect will coordinate
with a qualified Nursery to initiate the plantings and install irrigation.
Psomas will conduct one site visit with the restoration company to identify
the mitigation site location and to discuss restoration methods prior to
planting activities. Photos will be taken from the pre -determined, or fixed,
photograph stations to document the plantings.
Monitoring: To ensure the progress of the mitigation -planting program,
Psomas will monitor the mitigation site for a period of up to ten years
following the installation of the plantings described above. Psomas has
estimated the number of site visits required to document the progress of
the mitigation site based on experience with similar projects. However,
this schedule can be adjusted as needed depending on the status of the
plantings, and is provided in Table 1: Proposed Monitoring Schedule.
w lei ap r "iloo. g 1
NWirnboul
yeai
I
4
4
2
4
3
2
4
2
5 through 10
Total Number of 5iteVisite: 26
10 years
P 5 A M A 5 Scope of Services - 16
