The project location section will describe the project's location in regional, local, and topographic contexts. A figure will be provided to accompany each locality description. The purpose and need section will explain why the delineation was performed and its relationship to the permit and the project. The methods will explain clearly how the delineation was performed and the equipment used to GPS the limits of jurisdiction. The methods will also include the personnel, dates the field work was performed, and a detailed figure(s) graphically depicting the delineation area. The results will state the area delineated and the show and explain the limits of federal and state jurisdiction. Psomas will prepare two draft copies for review and comment, and will subsequently prepare a final for submittal to the USACOE and CDFG. Psomas will respond to one set of comments from the USACOE and prepare a final. JURISDICTIONAL PERMITTING Section 404 Pre -Construction Notffccation Psomas will complete and submit a Section 404 Pre -Construction Notification (PCN), requesting use of a Nationwide Permit to the ACOE. The application will include a project description, a wetland delineation report, all associated figures (vicinity maps, project site map, construction/ grading cross-sections, etc.) and copies of the wetland permit applications submitted to the RWQCB and CDFG. Following submittal of the application, Psomas will coordinate with the ACOE in order to address any concerns. This task is anticipated to include one meeting with the ACOE at the field site. Psomas assumes that an appropriate project description, grading plans, and appropriate diagrams. and figures will be provided. Section 1602 Streambed Alteration Agreement Psomas will submit to the CDFG an application for a Section 1602 Streambed Alteration Agreement (FG2023 Form). The application will include a project description, an impact analysis, a discussion of avoidance and minimization of impacts, a wetland delineation report, all associated figures (vicinity maps, project site map, construction/grading cross- sections, etc.) and copies of the wetlands applications submitted to the RWQCB and ALOE. Psomas will coordinate with the CDFG staff; this task is anticipated to include one meeting with CDFG at the project site. Psomas assumes that an appropriate project description, grading plans, and appropriate diagrams and figures will be provided.
