The mitigation site will be dedicated to long-term preservation. If on-site mitigation is not available, Wildscape will coordinate with property owners to locate off- site ffsite mitigation within the adjacent Southern Simi Hills Unit 2 Designated Critical Habitat. PREPARE HABITAT MinGAnm AND MONrroRING PLAN - Wildscape Will " develop draft and final versions of the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan based upon p the approved mitigation site location and permit conditions. Wildscape will provide a draft document for internal review and coordinate directly with the relevant regulatory agencies to obtain approval of the final plan. The HMNW will specify mitigation location, required site acreage, site site vocation preparation, irrigation, plant palettes, planting details, maintenance details, and monitoring requirements. Wildscape Restoration will prepare plant palettes for each habitat type that are appropriate to the microclimates of the selected mitigation site, native to the Conejo Valley area, and compatible with other land use needs such as fire clearance areas. Wildscape Restoration will coordinate with the project team to identify potential irrigation availability for the mitigation site. site locatio11 In addition, Wildscape will prepare recommendations on seed application rates, methods of seeding, type of source material (cuttings, seed, or potted plants), quantities, and proportions of plant species for each habitat type. Wildscape will coordinate with the project team and/or CRPD to facilitate plant propagules collection prior to grading. The HMMP will include soil collection procedures to capture a portion of the genetic diversity represented in the soil seed bank for Braunton's milk -vetch. In addition, if the Braunton's milk -vetch will set seed prior to grading, it may be possible to collect seed and grow plants at a nursery for mitigation site planting, if permitted by the regulatory agencies. The HM1SAP will include a five-year maintenance and monitoring plan for coastal sage scrub and other habitat types as required by the regulatory agencies. Wildscape will assist Psomas with the Braunton's milk -vetch ten-year maintenance and monitoring plan with long-term management. Scope of Services - 13
