INITIAL SPrE visrr, START-UP M=NG, AND CooRD wnoN - Psomas Biologists and Project Manager will make an initial site visit to assess the site and understand the project setting. Psomas Project Manager and Lead Biologist will attend one start-up meeting. Throughout the project Psomas Lead biologist will coordinate with the District and Psomas engineers, landscape architect, subconsultants, and resource agencies. REVIEW PRoiE r Docummrs AND Pmnff CooRDwAnoN - Wildscape Restoration will review the project documents associated with Lang Ranch Community Park Project. In addition, Wildscape will coordinate with Psomas to negotiate mitigation requirements in all associated permits, including the California Department of Fish and Game Strearnbed Alteration Agreement and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Section 10 Consultation. Mitigation acreage requirements have been identified in the associated California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) mitigation measures. However, regulatory agencies may require additional mitigation at the time of permit application. In particular, a priority will be to obtain reasonable mitigation ratios and achievable success criteria. This review and coordination effort will facilitate the project's inclusion of all components necessary to perform successful mitigation in compliance with all regulatory agency requirements. IDENriFy MmamioN Srm AND AGENCY COORDINATION - Wildscape Restoration will identify and propose potential mitigation sites for the 1.3.86 -acre coastal sage scrub mitigation site, and other habitat types as required by the project mitigation measures and permit conditions. Wildscape will coordinate with CRPD to obtain approval of the proposed mitigation site location. The current Master Plan for the Project does not include an on-site mitigation area.
