C P-Xspons Enoeers One step that the design team likes to identify as separate from the <br />typical Construction Monitoring is the Close -Out Phase. It is important to <br />identify this as it usually continues beyond the issuance of the Certificate <br />(continued) of Substantial Completion, which allows the District access to and use of <br />the facilities. As the project is completed, the design team will generate <br />punch lists and manage the completion of these to the satisfaction of the <br />District, in accordance withthe contract documents.
