Activity Summary — May 2005 <br />Lange questioned attendance figures relative to Westlake Village programs. <br />D. Draft Special Meeting Notes Of Intergovernmental Relations Committee <br />Relative To Rancho Potrero Land Management And Ownership— July 5, <br />21, 25, 2005 <br />Friedl clarified that the notes are in draft form. <br />Gibson opined that a joint meeting to discuss this issue should be considered. <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />No report. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Wiley referenced the recreation highlights. He reported that at the Teen <br />Center, a summer dance for 711, a and 9t' grade students will be held on <br />August 13 and will include pizza, soda, and unlimited use of inflatable play <br />structures. At Conejo Community Park, a tribute to Santana is scheduled for <br />August 14 and the Labor Day concert on September 5 will feature the <br />Platters -Live?. At the Goebel Senior Adult Center the annual Labor Day <br />breakfast will be held on September 5, and in addition to a breakfast, <br />entertainment will be presented. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />Lewanda reported that registration is going very smoothly. <br />
