Fiorita urged all to call in advance, or arrange for <br />someone else to call, if they were going to be absent. <br />4. A. Lawrence noted that, because Pruitt arrived late, she did not vote. She was <br />given a ballot. <br />Giovenco announced the ballot results; Doane was elected the new <br />Recording Secretary. <br />4. B. Appointment Of Committee Members For Fiscal Year 2004-2005 <br />Giovenco referenced the documentation, and noted the following changes: <br />Courant to be removed from the Bingo Committee and replaced by Hans; <br />Hans to be removed from the Building Equipment & Grounds Committee <br />and replaced by Doane; Ossenkop to be removed from Archivist Committee <br />and replaced by Pruitt; and Pruitt to be removed from Telephone & Publicity <br />Committee and replaced by Ossenkop. <br />It was moved by Courant, seconded by Doane, and carried to ratify <br />committee appointees as amended: Courant to be removed from the <br />Bingo Committee and replaced by Hans; Hans to be removed from the <br />Building Equipment & Grounds Committee and replaced by Doane; <br />Ossenkop to be removed from Archivist Committee and replaced by <br />Pruitt; and Pruitt to be removed from Telephone & Publicity Committee <br />and replaced by Ossenkop. <br />4. C. Installation Of 2004-2005 Commission Officers <br />Wiley administered the oath of office to Giovenco, Fiorita, Pruitt, <br />Manninger, and Doane. On behalf of the District and Commission, Wiley <br />congratulated the new officers, presented flowers, and wished them <br />success. <br />Giovenco resumed the position of president. <br />4. D. Update On Phone System And Television <br />Wiley reported that staff has been getting quotes and gathering additional <br />information about a phone system for Goebel Center.
