CONEJO VALLEY DAYS ANNUAL AGREEMENT - 200334 This Agreement is entered into by and between CONEJO VALLEY ACTIVITIES CORPORATION (CVAQ, a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter collectively referred to as "CVD," and the CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT." WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the CVD desires to utilize a portion of that certain real property owned and controlled. by the DISTRICT, which property is referred to as approximately -59 78 acres including:ef th Conejo Creek Park South (32 acres), harking at Conejo Creek Park North, Teen Center and Senior Center and Library (44 acres); carnival related trailer parking on the Oakbrook Service Yard (2 acres) and possible overflow parking ,at Conejo Creek Park Northwest hereinafter referred to as "subject premises," and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for the purpose of conducting an annual community celebration known as Conejo Valley Days; and WHEREAS, the DISTRICT desires to allow CVD to use the subject premises for the purpose of conducting the annual Conejo Valley Days celebration. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, it is agreed as follows: L Subject to this Agreement and paragraph 10 below, the DISTRICT will grant a permit to the CVD, subject to certain conditions and an annual review and approval of the DISTRICT Board of Directors, for the right and privilege to enter the subject premises. For Conejo Creek North and Con jo Creek Northwest the right and privilege to enter shall be non-exclusive at all tithes.
