Approval To Enter Into Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) With Other <br />Organizations In Calleguas Creek Watershed To Support Completion <br />Of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Work Plans <br />Friedl referenced the documentation, and provided background information. <br />He said that the District has been invited to enter into a Memorandum of <br />Agreement (MOA) to support completion of four Total Maximum Daily Load <br />(TMDL) work plans. He discussed the process, and referenced the <br />documentation identifying the broad spectrum of potential participants that <br />have an interest in the Calleguas Creek Watershed. He said that the <br />agreement indicates that entities are not required to commit funds to <br />participate. <br />Jacobsen requested a map of the 330 -square mile watershed. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with other groups and <br />organizations in the Calleguas Creek Watershed to support <br />completion of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Work Plans. <br />9.
