Thus, based on <br />the interviews and the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals, the evaluation committee <br />recommends Venco Western, Inc. for contract award. Venco Western, Inc, although not the <br />lowest cost proposer, is the most qualified contractor, due to their levels of staffing, comparable <br />work experience, and suitable references. <br />The contract will be for a 3 -year term with an additional 1 -year mutually agreeable option year. <br />The School District will be entering into a purchase order with Venco Western, Inc. City staff will <br />be providing the same recommendation for City Council consideration on March 28, 2017.
