Minutes 12-14-16 <br />Page 4 <br />the total gross register receipts were $27,406, with additional register <br />receipts of $4,143 from Friday Night Bingo; pull -tab receipts of <br />$22,353 for daytime play, with an additional $2,808 from Friday Night <br />Bingo for total gross revenue of $56,710 and net revenue of $16,706. <br />H. Programs Committee <br />1. General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes of November 1, and <br />December 6, 2016 <br />Bengtson reported the Music Comes Alive program in November <br />featuring the band The British Beat was recapped and she noted that <br />it was well-received by attendees. She added that the committee <br />discussed various ways of expediting the seating of the audience at <br />large events. <br />Bengtson also reported that the next History Comes Alive will feature <br />Wyatt McCrea presenting The Life and Times of Joel McCrea and <br />Frances Dee. She also gave an update of possible future program <br />offerings. In response to Barry, Bengtson confirmed the date of <br />January 15, 2017 as next History Comes Alive program. <br />1. Publicity Committee <br />1. No report, Committee Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2016 provided. <br />J. Bus Trips <br />No Report. <br />7. Staff Reports <br />A. Attendance Reports October and November 2016 <br />Hamm referenced the documentation. She said the totals in the report are <br />correct with 15,576 in attendance at 804 meetings/events in the month of <br />October and 15,009 in attendance at 729 meetings/events in the month of <br />November. She noted that comparisons to last year may be a bit a higher as <br />some programs previously recorded with CSVP were re -categorized and <br />recorded as GACC programs. Also noted were the sold -out at -capacity <br />programs presented this past year. <br />
