October and November 2016 End -of -Month Balance Sheets 2. General Report — Posta, in response to Smith, referenced the budget documentation. Smith noted that the income generated this year is about $20,000 over budgeted revenge. G. Bingo Committee 1. Financial Reports -October and November 2016 2. General Report — Committee Meeting Minutes of November 8, and report of December 13, 2016 committee meeting. Cleary reported that the committee reviewed eight daytime programs and two nighttime programs and changes were discussed. She said that one more nighttime bingo will be added prior to Thanksgiving next year. Cleary noted that all 28 Bingo volunteers attended the December 13 committee meeting and they were all acknowledged and thanked for all their time and efforts. Cleary also referenced the reports of the October and November Bingo figures. In October: 1,531 patrons with an average of 118 per meeting; the total gross register receipts were $26,541, with additional register receipts of $4,113 from Friday Night Bingo; pull -tab receipts of $19,871 for daytime play, with an additional $2,211 from Friday Night Bingo for total gross revenue of $52,736 and net revenue of $15,623. And, in November: 1,575 patrons with an average of 121 per meeting;
