PUBLIC DISCUSSION <br />Director Ed Jones wished all the members of the Commission Happy Holidays <br />and thanked them for all their hard work throughout the year. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 26, 20'16 <br />Smith asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the October meeting. <br />It was moved by Norkin, seconded by Martinich, and passed <br />unanimously, to approve the minutes of the October meeting as <br />presented. <br />5. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS <br />None <br />6. Officer and Committee Reports and Recommendations <br />A. President <br />Smith thanked the Commission for their positive efforts over the last six <br />months since he has taken office. He thanked Hamm, Coleman and <br />Hessman as well. <br />B. Vice President <br />Cleary concurred with Smith, saying her fellow commissioners certainly do <br />their part to support Commission endeavors. <br />C. Secretary <br />Martinich agreed with both Smith and Cleary. <br />D. Treasurer <br />Basilio thanked staff, noting Hamm and McAdam's assistance at Friday <br />Night Bingo. <br />
