Minutes 12-14-16 <br />Page 5 <br />B. Past & Upcoming Program Report <br />Hamm referenced documentation of past programs, and gave an update on <br />current and upcoming programs. She noted the success of the USO Show with <br />250 seniors in attendance and credited a good part of the success to the <br />assistance of the Commission volunteers. She also reported the cancellation of <br />the New Year's Eve due to low registration and high expense of the event. <br />C. Trip Program Report <br />Hamm reported $2,083.90 revenue from four trips conducted in October and <br />November. Additionally, she gave an update of enrollment status of future trips <br />and added there were no cancelled trips due to low enrollment to report. <br />D. Main Hall Lighting Update <br />Hamm reported that the Main Hall lighting has been partially installed. She said <br />the installation is planned to be completed over the holiday break as to not <br />further interrupt the programs and groups scheduled use in the hall. <br />E. Senior Nutrition Update <br />Hamm, in response to Smith, confirmed that the Conejo Creek Grill chef gave <br />notice and that his last day was November 30. She said that currently, she, <br />CSVP Director Tanaka, and McAdam are serving approved Senior Nutrition <br />lunch meals to patrons. <br />Coleman, in response to Smith, noted that multiple options are being explored <br />and evaluated to utilize the dining room for not only Senior Nutrition Lunch, but <br />for expanded food services at the center as well. <br />B. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />A.
