Public Hearing to consider Adoption of Resolution No. 062313-A Resolution <br />Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and <br />Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2013-14 (Districtwide <br />Assessment AD 62-1) <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer and carried 4-1 (Gibson voting <br />no) to adopt Resolution No. 052313-A approving the Engineer's Report, <br />Confirming the Diagram and Assessment and Ordering the Levy of <br />Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation <br />Improvement District (AD62-1), that it be read in title only and -all further <br />readings be waived. <br />B. Contract for Removal and Replacement of Fencing, Gate, and Gate Equipment <br />at Oakbrook Service Yard <br />Hare reported the subject project has been completed; the cost was initially <br />estimated to be under $30,000, but due to design changes, it is currently billed at <br />$47,106.00 and therefore requires Board approval. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize <br />General Manager to enter into a contract with Fence Factory, in the amount of <br />$47,106.00 for Oakbrook Service Yard fencing and gate removal and <br />replacement, and automatic gate equipment installation. <br />C. Approval of New World Systems Maintenance Contract FY 2013 —14 <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize <br />payment of the New World Systems Annual Maintenance Contract for <br />accounting and human resources .NET software for Fiscal Year 2013-14 in the <br />amount of $32,699.00 <br />D. Appropriate Funds and Contract for the Removal and Replacement of Fencing, <br />Los Robles Trail on the Byrd Property <br />Hare reported Fence Factory was the successful proposer for this project located at <br />the Byrd property in open space. It allows for a trail connection between two major <br />pieces of open space across the Byrd property. The District has a license <br />agreementleasement with Mr. Byrd allowing for barriers to protect the Byrd property. <br />This project was budgeted in the CIP two years ago; at the time a mutual agreement <br />could not be reached, there is now an agreement in place to move forward. <br />
