MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />SUJBECT: Strategic Plan Update <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Consider, modify as necessary, and approve updates to Strategic Plan <br />(BACKGROUND: <br />At the March 14, 2013 Board Meeting, Board members expressed ideas and suggestions for <br />updating the District's existing Strategic Plan.
