Parks Division Report Hare reported T -Mobile is going to the City Planning Commission on April 22nd regarding the installation of a wireless facility at Dos Vientos Community Center. Yesterday Hare attended the Administrative Hearings at the City regarding thenar carport installations for Dos Vientos Community Center and Thousand Oaks Community Center; the projects were approved. The Oakbrook Service Yard Facility Opening will be on May 1St at 11:00 am; staff will be conducting a facility tour. Oakbrook Neighborhood Park Grand Opening will be on Saturday, May 11th at 2:00 pm; residents living near the park will be notified via email either today or tomorrow. Jones suggested District staff attend the PUC meeting re: the water rate increases currently being considered by Cal Am Water. On behalf of Steve Ferry, AYSO #9, Huffer thanked the District for the new Snack Shack building; AYSO made good use of the building during the recent "Pot O' Gold" tournament. B. Recreation Division Report Lindsey reported the summer brochure was mailed to residents this week and registration for summer programs begins on Monday. Board members have been provided a VIP Parking Pass for the Arbor Earth Day event occurring this Saturday at Conejo Creek North. If any Board members wish to be acknowledged at this event, please arrive at the side of the stage no later than 11:30 am for an 11:45 am presentation. C.
