District staff has prepared, and Ralph Anderson and Associates has reviewed, the job <br />specifications for Aquatic's Supervisor modeled after the existing Supervisor description <br />incorporating specific aquatic's criteria. <br />Fiscal impact of reclassification: <br />* Aquatics Program Director Range 48 - $24.6639 - $30.8314/hr. <br />+ Proposed Aquatics Supervisor Range 57 - $30.8198 - $38.5219/hr. <br />Recommendation represents a $4,000 increase for fiscal year 2014/2015 and at the maximum <br />step, a difference of $16,000. <br />California Code of Regulations Section 570.5 requires that public agency salary schedules be <br />publicly available.
