Agreement with Conejo Disc Golf Club for Use of Rabbit Flats and Sapwi Disc <br />Golf Courses <br />Hare reported the District has an existing agreement with the Conejo Disc Golf Club <br />at Rabbit Flats which is due to expire in about a year and a half. In place of an <br />amendment to that agreement, a new agreement has been drawn up, superseding <br />the current agreement and including Sapwi Trails Community Park. All verbiage <br />remains the same with the exception of new dates and a second location. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to enter into an <br />agreement with Conejo Disc Golf Club (CDGC) <br />C. Tire -Derived Product (TDP) Grant Program — Adopt Resolution 102016-A <br />Hare reported this Resolution would authorize the District to apply for a grant similar <br />to the one applied for, and granted, at Northwood Neighborhood Park about five <br />years ago, where an existing trail was turned into a rubberized surface track. <br />Currently, the District is planning to do a similar project at Thousand Oaks <br />Community Park. $43,000 will be received if the grant is awarded, with a time limit <br />of 2 Y2 years for completion. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 102016-A, authorizing the District to apply for grant funding <br />through the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) <br />with funding to provide rubberized surfacing to the jogging trail at Thousand <br />Oaks Community Park, that it be read in title only and all further readings be <br />waived. <br />D. Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Years (FY) 2015-16 and 2016-18 <br />Lewanda reported the Budget Adjustments for 2015-16 are ministerial, primarily <br />recognizing additional program revenues to support additional program expenses. <br />The 2016-2017 adjustments are primarily actions related to CRPD's drought <br />management program. The $5,700 in appropriation for Recreation Equipment is for <br />the purchase of a mobile marketing media kit for use at street fairs and other public <br />venues. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to: <br />1. Approve proposed FY 2015-16 Budget Adjustments; and <br />2. Approve proposed FY 2016-17 Budget Adjustments <br />
