Executive Committee <br />Smith explained the purpose of the Executive Committee and the tasks it <br />accomplishes. <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee <br />1. General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes of September 20, 2016 <br />Baumeister reported the committee met, reviewed the August Budget <br />Report, Balance Sheet and Policies and Procedure documents. <br />G. Bingo Committee <br />1. Financial Report -August 2016 <br />Cleary referenced the report of the August Bingo figures: 1,546 <br />patrons with an average of 120 per meeting; the total gross register <br />receipts were $26,397, with additional register receipts of $4,187 from <br />Friday Night Bingo; pull -tab receipts of $19,248 for daytime play, with <br />an additional $2,242 from Friday Night Bingo for total gross revenue <br />of $52,117 and net revenue of $15,581. <br />Hamm said she felt compelled to thank the Bingo committee and <br />volunteers and noted the many projects and events that Bingo funds <br />support. She encouraged all Commission members attend Bingo and <br />to volunteer to support this revenue generating program. <br />H. Programs Committee <br />1. General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes of September 6, 2016 <br />Bengtson reported the October History Comes Alive program will <br />feature Julie Tumamait who will present The Life and Times of the <br />Chumash. <br />Bengtson also noted the committee is in the process of studying a <br />plan to better guide the flow of attendees at large events. <br />
