Treasurer <br />1. General Report: Basilio referenced and reviewed the Treasurer's <br />Current Asset Report and reported $334,091.58 in current assets in <br />certificate of deposits and money market accounts as well as <br />$46,677.08 in the GSCC checking account and $17,976.27 in the <br />Bingo checking account. <br />2. End of Month Balance Sheet -- July 2016: Basilio noted a correction <br />of the maturity dates of two One West Bank certificates of deposits. <br />Both dates, March 26, 2016 and April 7, 2016 actually mature on <br />those dates in 2017 <br />E. Executive Committee <br />No report. <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee <br />1. General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes of August 16, 2016 <br />The minutes of the meeting were distributed and referenced by <br />Baumeister. She reported the committee reviewed the Policies and <br />Procedures section of the Management of Invested Assets <br />Document. She said sections were edited to comply with current <br />Commission by-laws and that the updated copy will be given a final <br />review at their next meeting. She said a finalized copy will then be <br />provided to Commission members. <br />G. Bingo Committee <br />1. General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes of June 6, 2016 <br />2. Financial Report -July 2016 <br />Basilio referenced the report of the July Bingo figures: 1,905 patrons <br />with an average of 136 per meeting; the total gross register receipts <br />were $33,019, with additional register receipts of $4,359 from Friday <br />
