President <br />Seerden acknowledged Hamm and staff's efforts regarding the recently <br />installed center public address system. Hamm demonstrated the system <br />and explained its capabilities. <br />Seerden also commended staff on the Valentine's Day program. Hamm <br />accredited the volunteers that helped to make the event a success. <br />B. Vice President <br />No report. <br />C. Secretary <br />Martinich noted that a Bus Trip Committee meeting is scheduled March 9. <br />D. Treasurer <br />Basilio referenced the investment report documentation and reviewed <br />current Commission investments. She noted that a certificate of deposit <br />investment matures March 26. She said Commission assets total <br />$330,923.21 <br />E. Executive Committee <br />No report. <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee <br />Smith said that he is examining the budget expenditure figures and will be <br />reviewing the figures with the Commission bookkeeper. <br />G. Bingo Committee <br />Cleary referenced the January Bingo figures: 1,392 patrons with an <br />average of 99 per meeting; the total gross register receipts were $22,475, <br />and the pull -tab receipts $11,892 for total gross revenue of $34,367 with net <br />revenue of $9,281. <br />
