He said that, except for the expansion of its <br />purpose, the amendment does not impact the Joint Powers Agreement. <br />Berger stated that this amendment would be a natural, appropriate <br />response to a need and would prevent duplication of efforts. Lange <br />supported Berger's assessment. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt the <br />proposed amendment to spell out MRCA Authority Joint Powers <br />Agreement as set forth in the body of the submitted memorandum. <br />9.
