Goebel Senior Center Commission Meeting Minutes - July 23, 1997 <br />It was noted that the floor in the main hall, needing a barrier between the <br />slab and the wood, will be replaced. <br />C. Correspondence Regarding Hill Canyon Recreational Resources Authority <br />Nick Quidwai, in a written statement, opposed the Agency issuing bonds <br />without voter approval. <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Sorensen reported that the grading is underway at Lang Ranch <br />Neighborhood Park; referencing the handout from AYSO Region 42, the <br />Board is invited to attend the opening day ceremonies at Pepper Tree <br />Playfield on Saturday; and the Newbury Gateway Park project, will be <br />going out to bid for the second time on September S, with bids being <br />opened in October; anticipate November 15 for dedication of Rancho <br />Conejo Playfield. <br />B.
