He introduced Jim Grisham of Wiildan <br />Associates, who had no comments <br />Gillette expressed his view that because there were no representatives from <br />Courtly Homes present at the meeting, their absence indicated acceptance of <br />the LMD. <br />Jacobsen declared the public hearing closed. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 6-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 061297-B ordering the levying of annual assessments <br />for Landscape Maintenance District 94-1, and that it be read in title only <br />and all further readings be waived. <br />9.
