May 22, 1997 <br />Page 5 <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Sorensen explained that the COSCA figures <br />reflect weed abatement costs. <br />In response to Holt's inquiry, Jorgensen explained that District revenue has <br />increased $130,000 and expenses have decreased $50,000, a net difference <br />of approximately $200,000. <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Sorensen said that modifications for ADA <br />compliance are in abeyance because an update of federal guidelines has not <br />been communicated, and the only component of the District's transition plan <br />for ADA compliance not yet completed is the tot -lots. Sorensen said that all <br />lighting modifications at Borchard Park will be compatible with planned <br />projects for next year. <br />E.
