He said that assessments are not being increased from <br />last year, if assessments do increase, the annual process will involve the <br />property owners, the process will be in compliance with Proposition 218, the <br />primary users will be the future residents of Dos Vientos Ranch, and at build <br />out the annual maintenance assessment will be slightly less than $200 per <br />single family residence. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 052297- B, A resolution approving the engineer's "report" <br />for proceedings for the annual levy of assessments within a special <br />maintenance district, and that it be read in title only and all other <br />readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 052297- C, A resolution declaring the intention to provide <br />for an annual levy and collection of assessments in a special <br />maintenance district, and setting June 12, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. as the time <br />and place for a Public Hearing, that it be read in title only and all other <br />readings be waived. <br />9.
