The fence would be installed in late March, 1997. B. Adoption Of Resolution Number 030697-A, A Resolution Of The Board Of Directors Of Conejo Recreation And Park District Approving The Joint Powers Agreement Between The City Of Thousand Oaks And Conejo Recreation And Park District Creating The Hill Canyon Recreation Resources Authority Ward noted the documentation and Gillette's and Holt's presence on the Ad Hoc Committee, and he said that the City Council unanimously approved the Joint Powers Agreement on March 4, and, if the recommendation is approved, a joint meeting with the City Council has been scheduled for March 18, at which time issues of organization and contract negotiations will be discussed. He invited comments from the Ad Hoc Committee members. It was moved by Gillette and seconded by Holt to adopt Resolution Number 030697-A, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of Conejo Recreation and Park District Approving the Joint Powers Agreement Between the City of Thousand Oaks and Conejo Recreation and Park District Creating the Hill Canyon Recreation Resources Authority, that it be read in title only and all other readings be waived. Gillette said that Holt, Ward, District senior staff, and he have had an opportunity to review the document at length, participate in discussions, and work with City representatives of the Ad Hoc Committee, and City senior staff, and all support the recommendation.
