Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $204,788.06 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />7- DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Authorization To Purchase Capital Equipment <br />Sorensen stated that in August $32,000 was budgeted for <br />the purchase of utility vehicles, a flail mower, and a <br />top dresser, and due to cost savings, staff now requests <br />approval of the purchase of two vehicles within the same <br />budgetary constraints. <br />In response to Board inquiries, he discussed the existing <br />enclosure restrictions for the vehicles. He said that <br />the vehicle manufacturer is Chetech, two demonstrations <br />and a vehicle inspection were conducted, and the vehicle <br />has a dump bed. <br />Gillette requested literature on the vehicle. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried <br />unanimously to purchase capital equipment as identified <br />in the submitted documentation in the amount of <br />$31,250.64. <br />B. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Approval To Issue Permit For 1997 Greek Festival At <br />Conejo Creek North <br />Washington referenced the documentation, noted the <br />presence of two festival representatives, and identified <br />their request to again hold the event at Conejo Creek <br />North on June 7 and B, 1997. He said that: the June 1996 <br />Greek Festival was held for the first time at Conejo <br />Creek North after many years in Camarillo, staff met with <br />festival representatives, staff was pleased with the 1996 <br />event, corrections and recommendations were made, <br />refurbishing costs will be approximately $500, a <br />
