CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m., and <br />led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and <br />Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, <br />Sorensen, and Washington; and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Administration Of Oath Of Office To Director Jacobsen And <br />Director Lange <br />Ward administered the oath of office and congratulated <br />Directors Jacobsen and Lange. <br />On behalf of the Board, Gillette extended congratulations. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />
