Minutes 10-17-96 <br />Page 2 <br />4 <br />5. <br />A <br />VA <br />District, Ward presented service awards to CRPD employees <br />for five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and twenty-five years of <br />service to the District. <br />Evelyn Echevarria, Lemuel Hill, Kathy Myers, and Tom <br />Sorensen received awards for five years' service; Dale <br />Honsinger for ten years; Rodney Ruter for fifteen years; <br />Rudy Prachyl for twenty years; and Shirley Williams for <br />twenty-five years. An overview of each employee's <br />achievements was presented. <br />The Board expressed its appreciation for the employees' <br />professionalism and contribution to the District and the <br />community. The employees thanked the District and Board <br />for their support. <br />Gillette temporarily adjourned the meeting at 8:25 p.m. <br />and reconvened at 8:37 p.m. <br />ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. <br />Minutes of <br />October <br />3, <br />1996 <br />Meeting <br />B. <br />Warrants, <br />Exhibits <br />A <br />- D, <br />Total $406,257.99 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing Introduction Of Amended Sections To The <br />District Ordinance Manual And The Addition Of New <br />Sections <br />Sorensen said that, in addition to the manual revisions <br />discussed at the October 3 Board meeting, an addition to <br />the revised Section 206 ` Vandalism is being proposed; <br />
