Minutes 4-18--96 <br />Page 6 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried <br />unanimously to adopt Resolution Number 041896-A, <br />approving the boundaries of the proposed Special <br />Assessment District, that it be read in title only and <br />all further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously to adopt Resolution Number 041896--B, <br />initiating the proceedings and ordering the preparation <br />of an Engineer's Report, that it be read in title only <br />and all further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously to adopt Resolution Number 041896-C, <br />approving the Engineer's Report, that it be read in title <br />only and all further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried <br />unanimously to adopt Resolution Number 041896-D, <br />declaring the intention of the District to form an <br />Assessment District and to levy and collect assessments, <br />and setting the time and place for public hearings <br />thereon, that it be read in title only and all further <br />readings be waived. <br />Gillette praised the project and all those involved with <br />it. In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Ward said that <br />there are no projects pending for similar action. <br />D. Fiscal Year 1996-1997 Preliminary Budget <br />1. Resolution Number 041896-E <br />A Resolution Of The Board Of Directors Of The Conejo <br />Recreation And Park District Adopting The <br />Preliminary Budget For The District <br />Ward stated that this begins the budget cycle, the <br />preliminary budget is the current year's operating <br />budget, and budget hearings will ensue. He referenced <br />the budget schedule, and invited questions. <br />
