Authorization to Award Bid to Schoolhouse Publications for Production <br />of District Quarterly Brochure <br />Washington, referencing the staff report, said that background checks <br />were done on the four bids received. Due to the volume of work with <br />other agencies, Schoolhouse Publications was able to hold down paper <br />costs while still providing the quality of paper specified. There will be no <br />increase in that particular budget in fiscal 1996297; and for the balance <br />of this fiscal year, the additional $3000 will be covered within the <br />budget. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried unanimously <br />to authorize staff to use the services of Schoolhouse Publications for the <br />production, printing, and distribution of the District's quarterly brochure. <br />9.
