Adoption of Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority Budget
for Fiscal Year 1998-1999
Jorgensen stated that the MRCA Board of Directors has adopted their
budget and they now wish Conejo Recreation and Park District to do the
same. He went on to say that although he did not prepare it, it appeared
to be in order.
Berger, Chair of MRCA, began by defining that Mountains Recreation and
Conservation Authority is a joint powers agreement between the Santa
Monica Mountains Conservancy, Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District
and Conejo Recreation and Park District. The budget was recommended
for approval by MRCA Conservancy and MRCA Board approved it.
Lange thanked the District for all their efforts on behalf of the MRCA
Conservancy.
It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0 to
approve the Adoption of Mountains Recreation and Conservation
Authority Budget for Fiscal Year 1998-1999.
B.
