CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Jorgensen led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Lange, Holt, Berger, and Gillette <br />Directors Absent: Jacobsen <br />Staff Present: Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and Washington, and <br />Administrative Secretary Josephson <br />Staff Absent: General Manager Ward <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Berger, and carried 4.0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of August 6, 1998 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - K, Total $503,741.99 <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
