Washington said that all rates could be so adjusted. <br />Ward recommended that, procedurally, the resolution be adopted with the <br />proviso that fees itemized in the exhibit be rounded to the nearest dollar. <br />It was moved by Gillette and seconded by Jacobsen to adopt <br />Resolution Number 052198-B, setting the Facility Fees and Charges <br />for the Conejo Recreation and Park District, with the modification that <br />all rates and fees be rounded to the nearest dollar; that it be read in <br />title only and all other readings be waived. <br />Holt said that she felt it was unnecessary to revise the rates to whole dollar <br />amounts. <br />The motion carried 4-0. <br />C. Approval To Execute Agreement With City Of Westlake Village For <br />Provision And Implementation Of Afternoon Summer Recreation <br />Program <br />Washington stated that this is a program conducted annually for the City of <br />Westlake Village, and this yea's program is consistent with past programs. <br />It was moved by Holt and seconded by Gillette to authorize the <br />General Manager to execute the agreement between the City of <br />Westlake Village and the District for provision of an afternoon summer <br />recreation program and authorize staff to proceed with the <br />implementation of the program on a reimbursed cost basis. <br />In response to Board inquiries, Washington explained aspects of site <br />security, phone communication, and overhead and salary costs for <br />program workers. He said that most summer hires are college students, <br />and the District strives to remain salary competitive. <br />The motion carried 4-0. <br />D. Authorization To Award Bid To M. D.
