Budget Performance Report — May 2000 <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Jorgensen said that data processing <br />expenditures are currently at 42 percent of budget projection, but will reflect <br />an increase next month, and Teen Center expenditures are at 75 percent. <br />B. Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Meeting Notice And Agenda — <br />June 28, 2000 — No Comment <br />C. City Of Thousand Oaks Correspondence Regarding Kimber Park Phase <br />II Financial Assistance <br />Lange noted that City Council approved $350,000 for Kimber Park site <br />development. Berger thanked Mayor Gillette and Councilman Markey for <br />their support of funding for the site. <br />D. City Of Thousand Oaks Correspondence Regarding Transfer Of 377 <br />Acres Of Open Space From City To COSCA — No Comment <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Sorensen reported that, after consultation with members of the City Council <br />and Board of Directors, staff will identify a date for the Kimber Park <br />groundbreaking ceremony, and a sign will be erected June 23 to announce <br />the joint project. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Benton reported that computers are being installed at the Teen Center, and <br />she identified and discussed July 4 activities, including a pancake breakfast <br />at Borchard Center, the Concert in the Park, and an enhanced fireworks <br />display, due to increased donations from sponsors, including the City of <br />Thousand Oaks. <br />
