June 22, 2000 <br />Page 5 <br />same as those approved the last few years, and staff recommendation is <br />approval of the agreement. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Sorensen said that septic tank costs for the <br />facility average about $200 per year. <br />Holt, the District representative to the Society's Board of Trustees, <br />commended the organization for its service to the community, stated her <br />support of the alliance between the Society and the District, and said that the <br />Society is appreciative of the District's support. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to authorize <br />the General Manager to execute the attached one-year agreement with <br />the Conejo Valley Historical Society for the period July 1, 2000 through <br />June 30, 2001. <br />B. Adoption Of Resolution Number 062200-B, Amending 1999-2000 <br />General Fund Annual Operating Budget <br />Jorgensen stated that this is an annual occurrence, and staff review indicates <br />that overall projected revenues and expenditures are in line with the adopted <br />budget. He identified the work centers requiring adjustments and necessary <br />fund balance transfers from the General Fund. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Jorgensen explained that a budget increase <br />of $10,000 for Special Activities Management was due to unanticipated <br />expenditures for storage unit rental and expenditures of grant funds received <br />for Concerts in the Park. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 062200-13, amending the 1999-2000 General Fund <br />Annual Operating Budget as outlined in submitted documentation; that <br />it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />
