Adoption Of Resolution Number 062200-D, Notice Of Public Hearing Considering Assessments For LMD 94-1 — Dos Vientos Park And Open Space Improvements Berger announced that this is the time and place fixed for the public hearing relative to the levy of annual assessments for costs of maintenance of improvements for Landscape Maintenance District No. 94.1 (Dos Vientos Ranch). Ohren said that the notice was given in the manner and form as required by law. Sorensen reviewed completion of legal requirements, and authorization of assessments. He said that the improvements proposed are Dos Vientos Neighborhood Park (park site C in the specific plan) and 479 -acres of open space and associated trails. Continuing, he said that the park maintenance assessments are for the difference between the amount of park maintenance revenue generated from the Dos Vientos development and the actual cost of park maintenance, but the open space assessment is based upon the entire M&O, legal, engineering, and administrative costs.
