Adoption Of Resolution 051800-A, A Resolution Requesting Consolidation Of District Election With Statewide General Election Ward explained that the proposed resolution requests consolidation of the election and affirms the District's position with respect to candidate statements. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution Number 051800-A, a resolution requesting consolidation of the District election with the statewide general election; that it be read in title only and all other readings be waived. B. Approval Of Memorandum Of Understanding With Foxmoor Property Owners Association For Provision Of A Summer Recreation Program Benton referenced the documentation, and stated that this is an annual request for the provision of a morning summer recreation program; if approved, this will be the program's 1? year; and the program will be conducted at the homeowners association facility and a nearby elementary school. In response to Gibson's inquiry, Benton said that the homeowners association will receive 13 percent of registrant fees and maintenance costs or $17 per participant. It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize the General Manager to sign the submitted Memorandum of Understanding with the Foxmoor Property Owners Association and authorize staff to proceed with the implementation of the program on a reimbursed cost basis.
